Delivery of goods

After you place an order, you will receive a request in the mail for information necessary to complete the order. Your order will begin processing after all these details have been agreed. When ordering musical cards with individual design, before printing, you will be sent a preliminary layout for approval. After approval of the layout, any claims in respect of design and grammatical errors are not accepted.

For the delivery of musical cards in Ukraine, we use the services of external courier companies, in particular, such as New Mail and Ukrposhta. We send musical cards abroad by the Ukrposhta postal service. All shipping costs are paid by the Customer upon receipt of the order.

The parcel is stored in the New Post office according to the rules of the carrier, and after the standard free storage period has ended, the order, if it was not received by the Buyer, will be returned to the Seller.

The term for processing and fulfilling the order is from 2 to 5 business days, the delivery time depends on the city and country of receipt, but we do our best to get the order as soon as possible. In any case, we recommend that you order a musical card in advance.

Payment for goods

Due to the fact that musical cards are made to order, order processing, development of layouts and production occurs from the moment of receiving 100% prepayment, when placing an order on the site.

Purchase returns

Due to the fact that each musical card is made to order, and this type of product belongs to print media, it is impossible to return it, according to the list of non-refundable goods, which are defined by the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. But if, the received musical card does not meet the parameters of the order, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of its delivery. If you have not returned the goods within this period, as well as if the goods were in use, the return cannot be processed. The product must be returned with its original packaging, without any signs of use.

In order to arrange a return of goods, you need to call or write a request using the feedback form in the Contacts section of the website, after confirming the return, you will need to send us a musical postcard to us:
– for residents of Ukraine: to the “New Post” office No. 44 in Kyiv, the recipient: FOP Ladyk Stanislav Igorovich, tel. +38 (063) 633-42-43. Sending goods is returned at the expense of the Buyer.
– for residents of other countries: st. Milyutenko 25, apt. 56, Kyiv, 02166, Ukraine, FOP Ladyk Stanislav Igorovich. Sending goods is returned at the expense of the Buyer.

To apply for a refund, you must attach a receipt in the package. Refunds will be made to the Visa / Mastercard systems card. Payment of the commission for the return is also carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
